Senior Manager - Organizational Development

At CARDONE our Senior Manager of Organizational Development will be hands on in helping to grow the practices of this department. This position work closely with Executives and the Director of Organizational Development on strategic projects and development of corporate programs including performance management, succession planning, organizational design, talent management and organizational effectiveness. Strong prior experience with strategy, organization design and organizational effectiveness is needed for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • With Director Organizational Development, conducts organizational analysis and design modeling utilizing OrgVue to ensure organizational structure aligns with and supports corporate strategic goals.
  • Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
  • Recommends and implements a broad range of organization development services for all levels of employees regarding talent development, succession planning, career paths, performance reviews and leadership development.
    • Recommends and implements philosophy, strategy, process and training for annual performance management cycle.
    • Recommends and implements philosophy, strategy and program for high potential selection and development.
    • Recommends and implements philosophy, strategy and program for succession planning.
    • Recommends and implements philosophy, strategy and program for leadership development.
    • Recommends and implements philosophy, strategy and program for talent development including career paths.
  • Responsible for implementation of and adherence to Hay Job Evaluation Methodology globally.
  • Partners with Divisional Heads to prepare for talent review meetings.
  • Facilitates Divisional Talent Review Meetings
  • Assists in Annual Global Workforce Planning Process
  • Other duties as assigned

Travel required:
