Organizational Development Analyst II

Since its beginning over 47 years ago, CARDONE has grown from six employees into the largest privately-held automotive parts remanufacturer in the world. Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, CARDONE now employs over 6,000 employees with additional facilities in California, Texas, Mexico and Canada.

At CARDONE we are building out our Organizational Development team.  The Organizational Development Analyst II will play a key role in establishing our processes and programs, build our data analytics capabilities and drive CARDONE to greater organizational effectiveness.  The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience at big consulting firm in HR and OD, a passion for people and data, and is excited about making a jump to a corporate role with long-term impact.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Functions as data steward for OrgVue.  Responsible for data collection, imports, cleansing, and modeling within OrgVue.
  • Participates in needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Participates in implementation of a broad range of organization development services for all levels of employees regarding talent development, succession planning, career paths, performance reviews and leadership development.
    • Assists in implementing philosophy, strategy, process and training for annual performance management cycle.
    • Assists in implementing philosophy, strategy and program for high potential selection and development.
    • Assists in implementing philosophy, strategy and program for succession planning.
    • Assists in implementing philosophy, strategy and program for leadership development.
    • Assists in implementing philosophy, strategy and program for talent development including career paths.
  • Assists in implementation of and adherence to Hay Job Evaluation Methodology globally.
  • Assists in Annual Global Workforce Planning Process


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience- 3 - 5 Years HROD experience preferably in a consulting capacity
  • Experience with OrgVue or other similar software package
  • MS Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Etc.)
