Marketing Coordinator

Education & Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Traffic Coordination between Marketing, internal departments, customers and external vendors. Activities include requirements gathering, setting project goals, determining budget and schedule, finding applicable vendors, processing financial approvals and documenting results.
  • Develop and execute annual master communications/promotions calendar. Draft and manage distribution of marketing communications, including email, website, direct mail, press releases and social media channels.
  • Following SEO best practices, develop/write/edit marketing content to drive visits and engagement on our web properties, ultimately seeking to build relationships that will result in product sales.
  • Monitor and report on web/social media performance and devise strategies to increase engagement. Plan/execute social media calendar and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of competitor and related industry web sites, e-commerce channels, social channels and communications to benchmark and inform CARDONE’s marketing/e-commerce strategy.
  • CRM Administration - Maintain, nurture and grow customer contact lists. Tag contacts where possible to create niche communication segments.
  • Promotions – Plan, implement and manage ad specialty program and customer promotions. Collaborate with Sales and customers to design the right promotions for their respective markets and determine budget/goals.
  • Trade Show Coordination - Manage show/events, gather requirements, coordinate with exhibit house and other vendors, manage inventory of display items.
  • Research and implementation of new tools, software and techniques that add value by increasing marketing capabilities and efficencies.
  • Leads and participates in the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
