Marketing Coordinator

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred in one of the following fields: Communications, Marketing or Business
  • 1-3 Years Related Experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Traffic Coordinator between Corporate Marketing, internal customers and vendors - obtains quotes from approved vendors, determines production schedule, manages financial paperwork, transmits files and coordinates delivery.
  • Sales Promotions – Manage ad specialty program. Plan, implement and monitor customer/service dealer promotions. Report on results.
  • CRM Administration - Maintain, nurture and grow customer contact lists. Tag contacts by interests, when possible, to create niche communication segments.
  • Trade Show/Event Coordinator - Manage show/event requests, gather requirements, coordinate with exhibit house and other vendors, manage inventory of display items. Prioritize activities to ensure budget targets are not exceeded.
  • Media plan implementation, including coordination with marketing agency, internal subject experts and media.
  • Monitor Cardone.com and Social Media channels, post and respond to customer inquiries, ensure information is current.
  • Coordinate customer mailings and direct-mail campaigns.
  • Write/edit/proof-read copy for marketing collateral, press releases and articles.
  • Maintain Sales Collateral Fulfillment website – main contact to handle issues and special requests, maintain site and relationship with fulfillment house.
  • Research new vendors and aid in decision-making process to select new vendors.
  • Maintain department project log, process manual & metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
