Job Summary:

Cardone Industries is seeking a high energy individual that is determined and can get things done.  This position will require travel between Harlingen and Brownsville Plants. 


Education & Experience:

  • 1-3 Years Related Experience
  • Bachelors Degree

Duties, Skill & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees professional recruiting
  • Recruits, researches, interviews, screens, and refers job candidates for job openings
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Initiates contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
  • Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization
  • Provides information on company facilities and job
  • Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities
  • Coordinates communication with applicants
  • Files and maintains employment records for future references
  • Informed on Human resources principles
  • Informed on Fair Labor Standars Act
  • Other duties as assigned
