Strategic Account Manager

The Position: 

CARDONE Industries is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join its Sales division in Ontario, Canada.

Qualifications:

Skills: 

  • Strong Analytical skills; Finance and Category Management
  • Proven track record of obtaining new business.
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Aftermarket experience is a plus.
  • Auto Industry Knowledge
  • Vehicle Product Knowledge
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Oral & Written Communication Skills (English and French)
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong computer skills

Responsibilities:

  • Represents the customer to CARDONE's Strategic Account Executive; is an advocate internally for meeting the customer's needs and requirements.
  • Provides reports to the SAE which communicate market trends analysis,resources required and customer needs.
  • Assists to develop business plans for strategic account.
  • Assists in developing proposals and presentations for strategic accounts which ultimately will impact revenue growth and profitability according to the Core Strategic vision.
  • Coordinates projects relating to strategic account which impact internal departments/personnel.
  • Accepts responsibility for strategic account in accordance with the core strategic vision.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and market trends.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures within area of responsibility to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 40% travel required within US and Canada
