Technical Services Technician

The Position: 

Looking to get out of the repair bays?

Cardone is looking for an individual with automotive repair knowledge who will help support our products by being a member of our Technical Services team. This position is in an office environment, you will work cross functionally with Product management, Q/A and Engineering departments.



Experience: 3 - 5 years

Education: High School Diploma / GED

Certifications: ASE Cert preferred, not required


  • Customer Service

  • Automotive maintenance
  • Parts counter/sales or equivalent
  • Negotiation Skills 
  • Communication Skills


  • Technical Service: Support Technical Service customer telephone lines.
  • Resolves customer concerns verbally and communicates issues to their leader
  • Quality analysis: May investigate unit quality questions, document findings, and report related issues to team manager.
  • Serves as role model for technical staff and is available to mentor new employees
  • Serves as back up to Technical Service Manager
  • May respond to R&R customer calls in the R&R department
  • May enter customer information into R&RTS database
  • May inform customers of pricing, ship dates, and any additional information required from the customer
  • May help perform flash programming of the ECMs in the lab
  • Communicates to customers when a part is received, shipped, delayed,from the R&R department
  • Other duties as assigned.
