Job Summary

Cardone Industries is seeking a high energy individual that embodies an excellent customer service attitude and superior written and oral communication skills.  This person must be one that greets customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. This position resides in Harlingen, Texas.

Job Description

Occupational Certifications:

  • Customer Service Prof. cert. preferred
  • SAP Experience a must


Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 Years Related Experience


Capabilities:

  • Excellent Customer Service Attitude
  • Communication Skills (Written & Oral)-Superior Ability


Office Integration:

  • Microsoft Office Suite-Average Ability


EDI Concepts and Principles-Entry

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
  • Assist with placement of orders.
  • Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address internal or external customer complaints/EDI complaints
  • Investigates overdue and damaged shipments or shortages in shipments for common carrier
  • Recommends to management improvements in product, packaging shipping methods and procedures to prevent future complaints of similar nature
  • Examines records such as orders, bills of lading, and related documents and correspondence, and converses or corresponds with customer and other company personnel such as billing, credit, sales service, or shipping, to obtain facts regarding customer complaint
  • Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
  • Handles CFA Orders
